Registered subscribers can use the SEND PASSWORD link on your log in page.  If you are not registered, then you can CREATE AN ACCOUNT using the link on the log in page.

How do I change my AdAlert to be more specific?
Simple.  Go to the My Account page in either AdReview or AdRegister and complete the AdAlert details.   If you wish to discuss your brief, contact  directly who will update your profile and ensure you receive an AdAlert specific to your needs.   Commercial Monitors can be reached by online or call (03) 9555 9850 during office hours.

Why does my log password not work?
Online security does not provide the ability to share passwords.  Each individual must register and use their own access details.   It is important to use the LOG OUT function at the bottom of the left hand menu.  If you fail to LOG OUT, your access may be restricted for a period of time unless you contact Commercial Monitors to reset your password.   You can do so by telephone or online.

If I have trouble playing the creative audio and video files, can I download the files to my PC?
Absolutely.  All download buttons allow the ability to right click your mouse and save the creative file to your PC.  This both provides clearer replay and the ability to forward to colleagues for review.

What do I need to access creative online?
Our online services work best with Internet Explorer Version 8+, uses Windows Media Player 10 and a sound card with speakers.  Both of these applications can be obtained from the Microsoft web site.  Please consult your network administrator before installing applications or hardware.

Why can't I share passwords with a colleague?
Shared passwords has in a few cases resulted in unexpected charges for usage that the original password holder was not responsible for or aware of.  By keeping your password secret, it ensures no surprises charges and allows accurate tracking of your personal site usage and order activities specific to your account.
