The media monitoring services provided by Commercial Monitors are designed to provide information and analysis to subscribers by delivering data generated by our company and media content as reference to the data.  Commercial Monitors is authorised by the Australian Association of Broadcast Monitors (AAIM) to record broadcast with agreed licence fees collected for submission to the AAIM on behalf of the broadcaster members.

Except where expressed in writing by Commercial Monitors, no person or company may disseminate, reproduce, redistribute, retransmit, publish, transfer or commercially exploit any content received.   Commercial Monitors holds all © copyright on Commercial Monitors reports, summaries and analysis.   Verbatim transcripts, audio dubs, video dubs and print clippings are for internal research and reference purposes only - editing, reproduction, publication, re-broadcasting, public viewing, reselling or distribution to third parties is forbidden.   They are solely provided as reference to issued reports, summaries or analysis by Commercial Monitors.
