Launched in 1986 as Compumon Services and The Radio Register, Commercial Monitors
provides advertising information and resources to corporate
marketers, advertising and media agencies, government,
publishers, broadcasters and educators.
Our current and historical archive of advertising content and
information is published in a variety of online and hardcopy
formats, suited to the needs of our clients. It enables them to
track and analyse competitors marketing activity, verify their
own campaigns, review industry trends... even gain creative
inspiration.
Our information management system manages 25,000 advertisers and
more than 6000 contacts from the advertising, marketing and
media industry, all integrated with hundreds of thousand of
advertisements.
We
archive thousands of advertisement per month from Australia
across TV, radio, press, magazines, direct
mail, outdoor and the internet. Each advertisement
captured is catalogued with metadata ranging from an advertiser
profile to creative credits to media placement.
Our
creative library is searchable online and dates
back to 1993 and is updated every 15 minutes, although many
clients still prefer a VHS, CD or DVD in hand.
We also track advertising and marketing news, people, account
movements and creative credits to deliver searchable marketing
information.
We deliver our services in a range of standard and
customised solutions, suited to the needs of our customers.
Our
headquarters are in Melbourne, where we and started business by
enabling radio broadcasters to track competitive stations data
reporting.
Commercial Monitors
is an Australian based company, and is privately
owned.
